    Creation of a sustainable, Austrian-wide (online) platform to support a learning company of students for students, as well as the networking and support of the individual talents of young people.

    TALENTIFY offers interested students the opportunity for personal development and future planning. In return, they should follow the principle: “"Getting help, giving help"” and, by tutoring, support their co-students through tutoring, who would have not have as much support in the system without these alternative approaches. With the development of an online platform (incl. App), all necessary processes should be portrayed and a sustainable incentive system created. Through the establishment of this cycle, which supports specifically supports the potential of students, the cohesion at schools can be strengthened and social mobility increased.
