PiER F – Zukunftshafen Frankfurt

PiER F is supposed to be a permanent place for encounters, where creatives from different diciplines are not only doing their daily business, but also working together on sustainability and future topics, in direct exchange of ideas with enterprises, universities, and initiatives. PiER F wants to develop new perspectives, inform the public, and test new ideas.

There is an office space, an event space, and a showroom. The office space ist reserved for cratives and enterprises doing their daily work, the showroom („The Green Room“) presents green concepts, green materials and green products developed by enterprises and initiatives, and the event space is there for discussions and workshops covering all aspects of sustainability – from social issues and mobility issues to health, food, finance and nature topics. It also serves as a meeting point for the well known Frankfurt „Green City Tours“ and „KLIMA tours". The event space and the showroom, complemented by a small upcycling workshop, complete the concept of an education and experience space for future topics and interdisciplinary solutions.
