• in:charge - Kooperative Organisationsentwicklung

Together with organisations, we are moving towards a culture of personal responsibility. In doing so, we experience how this culture strengthens loyalty and cooperation in organisations. And what effect this change also has on the activities of the participants in their social environment.

According to "Deutschlandstudie 2016" 75% of the participants agree that we have to change our way of life. The question of whether this knowledge leads to a change in behaviour is supported by only 28%. We want to close this gap through the acquisition of key competencies for sustainability. In this way, we enable people to reflect sustainability challenges, make sustainable decisions together and implement them in participatory structures.

As facilitators, we make various offers to organisations. This includes small seminar modules, extensive training measures and holistic transformation support.

We offer a low-threshold entrance: For this purpose we develop a modular and scalable training concept for conversation skills, moderation and participative decision-making processes (e.g. consent) and more. Our agile method of training/workshop planning, in which the topic currently being worked on is constantly redefined together with the employees, creates direct access to personal responsibility and self-organisation. If the first positive changes in the company are quickly achieved with this approach, there will be opportunities for more comprehensive support for employees, management and the board of directors. This will then also affect the organisational structure (e.g. sociocracy).
