Mentes Empreendedoras

Mentes Empreendedoras fosters youth leadership, autonomy and talent development. By creating an honest, worthy annual cycle at schools, we inspire and support the youth to implement their own entrepreneurial ideas for the improvement of their communities and to be the motivators of their own learning. The results attained are beacons of their own potential and an inspiration to others.

Our Youth Movement makes High School students the motivators of their own social impact and learning, by inspiring them to implement their own ideas and by assisting  them to develop and implement a self-driven personal development plan.

Our Intervention has 3 critical parts:

1. We create Mentes Empreendedoras clubs in every High School we work in. Every group elects a coordinator who acts as group support and unifier – servant leadership.

2. We provide mentors from our team or Mentes Empreendedoras Leadership Fellows (University Students or Young Executives under 27).

3. We create a process to inspire, structure and support the implementation of own ideas and projects to improve their communities throughout their school years.
