Mein Herz lacht (My heart laughs) connects patients, families, fundraisers, charities and companies to enable them to profit from each other.
There are no discussion forums for patients suffering from different illnesses, although their problems are not always linked to their specific illness.
My heart laughs offers a forum for patients and families to discuss their problems and offer each other support, irrelevant of their illness.

Negative and gut-wrenching stories are often used in donor acquisition. The public often switch off as they see too much suffering and response drops accordingly. Charities need to take more advantage of the positive and inspiring stories of fundraisers in their donor acquisition and retention campaigns.
My heart laughs offers fundraisers the possibility to tell their own story about why they help to encourage others to do the same. The platform offers professional tools to start campaigns in private circles of family and friends.

Many small companies do not have the time or financial means for an
    in-house corporate social responsibility strategy.
My heart laughs offers CSR packages for small companies to allow them to set up partnerships to support small charities.
