DOPDA - Lebenshilfe neu gedacht

Article Three of the UN human rights declaration stipulates “Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.” DOPDA enables its participants to stand for these rights on their own. Our goal is to influence people positively on their path through life. We achieve this through a combination of Asian movement and martial arts, the latest scientific knowledge, supporting Mentoring, and accompanying projects. 

The participants in the DOPDA courses receive a development program which promotes physical, mental, as well as social abilities. The innovative combination of Best-Practices of the disciplines martial arts, educational theory, psychology and health sciences build the basis for DOPDA; thereby assisting to open a new physical and psychosocial life perspective. 

DOPDA is available for all people and not only limited to those, who have already experienced a drastic negative life event, or are considered are part of a risk group. This pogram consists of a theoretical foundation and a methodology toolbox from which the instructors build targeted courses to suit its participants. To reach an optimal effect on the society, we will train instructors who will ultimately offer regional courses. Quality assurance, in combination with continuing education and symposia will guarantee a high-quality and lasting advancement.
