    We are the first company in Germany to exclusively offer people suffering from autism employment as software testers and to provide their services on the free market.

    There are increasing possibilities of social participation for disabled people. Employment has also become easier.  Hardly anyone knows that some disabilities can become abilities in the right context.  At Auticon, this realisation motivates us. We are a very normal, for-profit IT consulting business that employs autistic consultants in external customer projects. We finance ourselves through external turnover and do not receive any sponsorship or donations. Our vision is constantly to increase the employment rate for autistic people in Germany.
