• Ready to Code

RtC shows girls and women that coding can be fun! Our goal is to create fair conditions and to close the gender gap in the IT business world. We strengthen the community of female developers and those, who aspire to become one by organizing workshops, hosting events and providing a network for women in tech.

We are convinced that girls and women can do the same things as boys and men and that everyone should have the chance to fully develop and use their potential. That's why we strive towards greater equality in IT and commit ourselves to support girls and women on their way in a sector that is dominated by male actors.

We offer beginner workshops and courses for young girls in order to fight existing prejudices and to get them in touch with coding for the first time. We want to show that programming can be fun and we do this by cooperating with schools, youth centers and other initiatives that care about equal chances for everyone.

With our regular meetup "Cocktails&Code" which aims at female developers and interested parties who want to become part of a growing network, we want to build an empowering community and make female role models in the IT sector more visible.
