At Home of Goals we focus, in a coordination based training with children and youth, on learning these values and self- & social competencies. We do so by promoting special games and different approaches.

These values are a framework. By experiencing and understanding them, the kids get to know themselves better in the first place and can now take decisions for their behavior on a whole different level. Since this approach is very important to us, we are now instructing other coaches.

They find out how by using little tips and tricks in practice or the classroom. they are not only able to just teach content but really to develop personal and social competencies. Kids can now through experiencing understand what buzzwords such as tolerance or solidarity actually mean. What does respect even mean, broken down? How do I know I am acting in a respectful manner?
